## 🌊 IMPORTANT — DOUGLAS LAKE WATER LEVELS

We want our guests to know exactly what to expect when planning a Douglas Lake vacation.

**A-Frame of Mind is a waterfront property on the main channel of Douglas Lake and offers a beautiful year-round water view.** However, Douglas Lake is a TVA-managed reservoir, and TVA **seasonally lowers the lake during the off-season**.

Because of these seasonal water-level changes, **water does not remain up to the private dock year-round**. During lower-water periods, the dock may not be floating or accessible by boat, and activities such as swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing from the dock, or other water recreation may be limited.

Water levels can also vary due to rainfall, drought, weather conditions, and TVA operating needs.

**The lake and mountain views remain year-round, but direct water access at the dock is seasonal and dependent upon Douglas Lake water levels.**

If having water at the dock is an important part of your stay, we encourage you to check current Douglas Lake elevations with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) before booking or arrival.
